This panel will survey current legal issues and significant recent legal decisions affecting international commercial arbitration in a variety of Latin American jurisdictions that every international international arbitration practitioner who deals with Latin America should be aware of.

The #YoungITATalks series is designed for education, conversation and sharing knowledge and experiences among young practitioners.
