El objetivo de este evento es proporcionar a jóvenes estudiantes y profesionales una oportunidad única para comprender en profundidad las complejidades y retos del arbitraje comercial. A través de esta charla, nos enfocaremos en aspectos cruciales como la elección del presidente del tribunal arbitral, el manejo de árbitros conflictivos, las deliberaciones internas del tribunal y la naturaleza de los votos disidentes. Al compartir experiencias y perspectivas de expertos en la materia, esta sesión está especialmente diseñada para impartir tanto conocimiento teórico como práctico, crucial para aquellos que buscan desarrollar una carrera en el ámbito del arbitraje.

(The objective of this event is to provide young students and professionals with a unique opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the complexities and challenges of commercial arbitration. Through this talk, we will focus on crucial aspects such as the election of the chairman of the arbitral tribunal, the handling of conflicting arbitrators, internal tribunal deliberations and the nature of dissenting votes. By sharing experiences and perspectives from experts in the field, this session is specially designed to impart both theoretical and practical knowledge, crucial for those seeking to develop a career in arbitration.)
