The CAM Santiago, Young ITA and ITA Americas Initiative proudly invite the arbitration comunity to join a a two-panels-event that will focus on two main topics.
The first panel will focus on the evolving role of arbitrators in procedural management, with a special focus on their responsibilities in cases where parties remain inactive. This panel will highlight the experiences of young arbitrators and practitioners from different countries around the region.
The second panel, will explore the interplay between best practices in domestic and international arbitration. This session will examine the benefits and challenges of transferring international arbitration practices to domestic proceedings, and vice versa. Experts will discuss key procedural and strategic considerations, providing valuable insights.
#YoungITATalks is a series of local events presented around the world, featuring talks, workshops or interviews that cover a wide range of subjects relating to arbitration. The #YoungITATalks series is designed for education, conversation and sharing knowledge and experiences among young practitioners.
