¡El Instituto para el Arbitraje Transnacional se complace en presentar su nuevo proyecto: la Serie de Instituciones Arbitrales de ITA! Reserva la fecha para el 22 de mayo de 2025, a las 16:30 (hora de Madrid), para una discusión informativa sobre las prácticas del Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Madrid – Centro Iberoamericano de Arbitraje (CIAM-CIAR). La sesión virtual se llevará a cabo en español.
Dicha Serie está diseñada para concientizar a los usuarios del arbitraje sobre la elección adecuada de reglas y foros de arbitraje, y para reforzar la cooperación entre las instituciones arbitrales. Estas sesiones virtuales presentan, una a una, instituciones como LCIA, ICC, SIAC, ICSID, ICDR, entre muchas otras. Nuestro objetivo es ir más allá de la descripción ordinaria y monótona de las características principales, brindando al público una herramienta práctica que facilite la elección del reglamento más adecuado para cada caso en particular.
Las sesiones son gratuitas para los miembros del Consejo Asesor y Corresponsales de ITA.
