Overview

Presented by ITA

Co-Sponsored by KNOETZL

The panel will be discussing the impact of sanctions on arbitration, distilling the experience in handling relevant cases from publicly available sources, and addressing the issue from all possible perspectives. Each panelist represents one of the main actors in the arbitral process – namely, the institution, the arbitrator, counsel and the parties – for a practical approach to a topical issue faced by the arbitration community in recent years.

The event is free of charge, but registration is required as seats are limited.
