From September 24 to 26, Asunción will be the meeting point for international arbitration with the celebration of the XV Edition of the Latin American Arbitration Conference (CLA 2025), which will have as its theme “Arbitration in 2025: maintaining the essential, updating the contingent.”

During three intensive days at the Centro Cultural del Puerto, more than 45 experts and leading figures in arbitration will share experiences, trends, and challenges that are transforming arbitral practice in Latin America and around the world. An unmissable event for those who are active members of the international legal ecosystem.

The Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), together with the Latin American Association of State Attorneys and Procurators (ALAP) and the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Paraguay, join as co-organizers of the Lunch with State Attorneys and Procurators.

This will be a unique opportunity for colleagues from across the region to meet, engage in dialogue, and exchange views at an event designed to support the strengthening of the public sector from the perspective of arbitration.

As co-organizers of this activity within the framework of the Latin American Arbitration Conference (CLA 2025), we are pleased to confirm that ITA members will have free access to the Lunch “Meeting with State Attorneys and Procurators”, within the framework of the XV Edition of the Latin American Arbitration Conference (CLA 2025).

This benefit will be valid until August 30 for organizational reasons. When completing the form, interested parties must begin their identification with “ITA” followed by the name of their institution in the corresponding field, so that we can recognize the beneficiaries and validate their participation for accreditation purposes.
