Registration Overview

This program is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Registration is required to attend and provides for lunch and the materials.  Materials will be provided electronically, and attendees will receive access details at the seminar (you will need a laptop, or another electronic device that is Wi-Fi enabled, and equipped with a PDF reader to access the materials during the seminar).

Confirmations will be sent to all registrants. Free registrants must attend the program to receive materials at no additional cost. If due, payment must accompany registration. Texas Attorneys: An active Texas Bar number is a requirement to qualify for the $0.00 Tuition rate.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation must be received 5 business days prior to a program to receive a refund (Email: lgaspar@cailaw.org). After this date, no refunds, but substitution of attendees for this program will be permitted with prior approval. Registrants not entitled to a refund will receive the course materials.
