Registration Overview

This program, funded by a Texas Court of Criminal Appeals grant, requires registration. Materials will be provided electronically. Please read the eligibility details carefully. Only Texas criminal defense attorneys, public and private defenders, prosecutors, judges and their staff may register for this event.

See tuition rates below. If payment is required, it must be paid at the time of registration. Texas attorneys must provide an active bar number for the discounted tuition rates.

If you are a County Auditor and need to initiate a bulk registration and payment, you can send a spreadsheet with all registrants. Please include the following information (Name, Title, Bar Number, and Email Address) and send it to Lisa at lgaspar@cailaw.org.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation must be received 5 business days prior to a program to receive a refund (Email: lgaspar@cailaw.org). After this date, no refunds, but substitution of attendees for this program will be permitted with prior approval. Registrants not entitled to a refund will receive the course materials.
