Overview
Every year, the IEL Young Energy Professionals Practice Committee hosts an evening forum at which top industry general counsel answer questions on legal and career topics from an audience of young lawyers working in-house and in private practice, before joining the young lawyers for dinner and conversation afterwards. Arranged so that there will be at least one general counsel at each dinner table, this popular event gives younger lawyers the opportunity to interact with very senior industry lawyers, and to understand better the requirements and concerns of general counsel of multi-national companies.
