2:25 pm - Impostor Syndrome: Becoming the Professional They Think You Are

Why do the most accomplished executives entertain thoughts of inadequacy? Have they already forgotten their accomplishments? What makes someone say in victory that, “It was just luck” or “Well if I can do it, that means anyone can”? If you have ever discounted your wins as if you had just lost, then now is the time to get your Impostor syndrome addressed, checked, and tamed. We will all have bouts from time to time, but you don’t have to be on the wrong end of that paralyzing circular habit. PJ Dunn CCP will walk you through the process of leaning into fear as opposed to freezing or procrastinating in the midst of fear brought about by Impostor Syndrome.
