Samantha-Anne (Horwitch) Nadolny is an accomplished legal professional with a demonstrated history across multiple industries, specializing in construction, oil & gas, natural resources, and energy. Currently, Samantha-Anne is serving as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Select Water Solutions, LLC, (NYSE: WTTR) (formerly Select Energy Services, LLC.) In this position, Samantha-Anne oversees all aspects of the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, transaction negotiation and drafting, labor and employment law, regulatory compliance, litigation management, M&A, real estate, intellectual property, licensing, corporate governance, and legal department operations.
Prior to joining Select Energy, Samantha-Anne served as General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Human Resources Officer, and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Citelum US, an EDF Groupe company and Corporate Counsel for Sterling Infrastructure Group (NASDAQ: STRL) (formerly Sterling Construction Company, Inc.)
Samantha-Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in History and Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey, and a Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.
