Presented by the Institute for Energy Law (IEL), the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation (EMLF), American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL).

The comprehensive one-week course taught by law professors and a select group of practitioners that is critical for anyone needing to understand the law and regulations applicable to the oil and gas industry.

NEW This Year - The course now covers carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS)

This course is essential for attorneys, landmen, paralegals, government employees, and others who practice or work in the oil and gas industry or related fields. The course provides 31 hours of continuing legal education or AAPL credit, including 2 hours of ethics. The registration fee includes substantial course materials, coffee breaks, and a hosted reception. Course materials are made available exclusively for course registrants.
