Overview
While the term ESG may be facing pushback, disclosure requirements on environment, social and governance (ESG) issues are still relevant and evolving. This webinar will explore the rapidly unfolding regulatory landscape for emerging Mandatory ESG Reporting standards as well as the legal, political and economic forces that can influence these regimes. The discussion will provide an overview of the regulations in the United States (both State & Federal), Europe, and others around the globe with a dialogue on the range of issues companies face when preparing for disclosure.
