Overview
US businesses are facing significant uncertainties in managing investments and strategy in the lower carbon and renewables energy spaces. Shifting political and regulatory priorities, incentives and policies have businesses moving their plans accordingly, causing a bit of “regulatory whiplash” for planning in the renewables tax credits and project finance spaces, as well as climate and ESG disclosures. This program will discuss some of those challenges, where those challenges are coming from, and thoughts on where things may be going from here.

Texas Course Number 174299279. This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1.0 credit hours, of which no credit hours will apply to ethics/professional responsibility credit.
This online program has not been approved for MCLE credit in any other jurisdictions. If requested by attendees, CAIL will request accreditation in California, Louisiana, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
