Overview

The panel will cover practical insights from in-house counsel on where AI adds value and how legal departments use AI, drawing on real-world examples from their organizations to show what worked, why it worked, and how other teams can replicate it. The panel will also examine applications of AI in practice, including in transactions, governance and compliance, as well as related ethical considerations.

The program is open to IEL Members, IEL Supporting or Sustaining Member Employees, and Young Energy Professional Members.

MCLE Credit

This course is pending approval for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1.0 credit hours, of which 0.25 credit hours will apply to ethics/professional responsibility credit.
