This program is funded by a grant from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Registration is required. Materials will be provided electronically. 

Please read before registering: Attendance is limited to criminal defense attorneys and their support staff who are currently active members of the LSDO OLS defense program (on the panel or working at LSDO, TRGPD, or NDS). Individuals associated with law enforcement or prosecutor offices are not permitted to attend. No other registrations will be allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation must be received 5 business days prior to a program to receive a refund (Email: lgaspar@cailaw.org). After this date, no refunds, but substitution of attendees for this program will be permitted with prior approval. Registrants not entitled to a refund will receive the course materials.
