Registration is now open for the 26th Annual ITA Workshop in Dallas on June 18-20. The Workshop this year will feature an outstanding faculty and has been organized by co-chairs Mark Feldman (Peking University School of Transnational Law, Shenzhen), Mark Kantor (Independent Arbitrator, Washington, D.C.), Jim L. Loftis (Vinson & Elkins, London) and Constantine Partasides QC (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, London). The workshop will begin on Wednesday afternoon, June 18, with the 9th Dallas Roundtable organized by our young Arbitrators Initiative Committee, followed by the Workshop Welcome Reception and a special Workshop Dinner Reception at the George W. Bush Presidential Library. Continuing on Thursday, June 19, the program will include mock scenes and expert panels on award enforcement expectations, realities, risks and strategies.
Our featured luncheon speaker will be the Honorable Bernardo Sepúlveda-Amor, Vice President of the International Court of Justice.
