The Institute for Transnational Arbitration is pleased to announce the publication of Volume 2, Issue 1 of ITA in ReviewThis exciting issue contains many cutting-edge contributions, including thought-provoking articles by young practitioners Lorena Guzmán-Díaz on the worldwide (un)enforceability of the Partial Award in the Chevron v.
