The Institute for Law Enforcement Administration (ILEA) at The Center for American and International Law (CAIL) is pleased to announce the promotion of Claudia Saddler to Manager of Operations, effective March 1, 2023.
As operations manager, Saddler oversees all logistical and administrative functions related to delivering ILEA programs. In this role, she serves as ILEA's administrative supervisor. She is the primary liaison with the ILEA Advisory Board and the Alumni Association Executive Board.
"During her time with ILEA since September in a part-time role, Claudia's work performance has been extraordinary," said Gregory Smith, ILEA's director. "We are excited to have her onboard full-time and trust in her continued success at the helm of operations."
Saddler joined CAIL working with the Institute for Transnational Arbitration as ITA Coordinator from May 2021 until September 2022, when she began working with ILEA. Before joining CAIL, Saddler built her career around meeting/convention planning, education, and hospitality for several organizations, including The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Jane's Information Group, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Legends Hospitality at The Star and Toyota Stadium. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology from The American University in Washington, D.C.
