This past Sunday, ILEA Director Gregory Smith was invited to speak at the IMPACT Church of Carrollton, Texas, on the importance of Law Enforcement Ethics Education and Police Community Building Efforts.
This presentation was part of their "Honoring Heroes Celebration". Pastor Kwesi Kamau and Elder Maurice Winters invited several Metroplex fire fighters, paramedics and police officers into their church so the congregation could personally thank them for their service.
